We understand that needing to surrender a pet is a difficult and emotional decision. Our goal is to ensure every cat is safe, loved, and given the best possible chance at a happy, healthy future. Because we are a foster-based rescue with limited space, surrenders are accepted only when openings are available.

We often run at full capacity due to the high number of cats and kittens in need. When possible, we place you on our waiting list and contact you as space becomes available.
*There is a mandatory $25 surrender fee*
This fee helps cover the initial costs of intake—including food, litter, vetting, and supplies—so we can continue helping as many cats as possible.
To request help, please fill out our Surrender Form (or email us at meow@luckypennykitties.org) with detailed information about the cat(s) you need to surrender. Providing photos, age, temperament, and medical history helps us determine the best placement and timeline.
